BL GLASS COMPANY INC provides
maintenance service agreements with
store chains,
management firms and
cooperatives. We agree to maintain and service all
glass,
storefront,
office front,
aluminum,
hollow metal and
wood doors and
entrances,
interior and exterior,
maganetics and electronics included, and all associated hardware for one
low flat fee. BL GLASS COMPANY INC agrees to do a complete
walk through of your facilties
twice a year, once in the spring and agian in the fall to assess any issues tht may have arisen in the operation of your doors and windows and
make minor adjustments and repairs(does not include the removal or replacement of any parts). Our rates are extremely competetive and more
cost efficient than hiring an in house maintenance staff to make these minor adjustments and repairs. The cost is based on the square footage of your establishment or the number of establishments owned and operated by one firm or individual.
